Before you write
- Never send us your 2FA secret keys, QR codes or recovery codes. We will never ask for them, and nobody from 2faauth.work needs them to help you.
- If a code is rejected, first check that your device clock is correct and that you copied the whole key. Our FAQ covers the most common causes.
- We cannot recover access to accounts on other websites. For that, contact the service itself and use the recovery codes it gave you when you turned on 2FA.
Corrections and feedback
If you find an error in one of our articles, tell us which page it is on and what should change. We review every report and update the article when needed.
